This 2 bedroomed Coach House is such a great place to stay in Bath and live like a local. Backed by the stunning National Trust parkland that forms part of the famous Bath skyline, this original Coach House is less than a mile from the city centre. This is one of the most desirable areas in Bath. Wander down the lovely Madeira Walk that leads you from green countryside over the canal right into the centre of town in 10 minutes. You can picnic in the fields, watch the canal boats negotiating the locks, stop and watch an over at the cricket ground or in winter listen to the roars of appreciation and anguish from Bath’s famous rugby ground, The Rec. Moments later you’ll find yourself at the Roman Baths and The Abbey. 

The Bath Stone Coach House has been renovated with beautiful wallpapers and it is incredibly comfortable and stylish. The large sitting room has 2 large soft comfortable sofas to sink into to watch a dvd on the huge flat screen TV. One of these sofas converts into a comfortable sofa bed. There is a separate dining room seating 4-6 with shelves of books adjoining the lovely fully equipped kitchen with its brushed blue glass splash backs. Through the back door a path leads down to the garden.

Upstairs the stunning gold master bedroom is luxurious with a fantastic comfortable king size bed and an en suite shower room. The silk covered bed and antique chair give a feel of opulence to this beautiful room.

There is also an airy light filled bedroom that looks out over the National Trust parkland and has great views across the city. This room has a deep sprung super king bed which can be made up into generous twin beds. Lovely linens and fabrics are used throughout the house. There is a spacious stone bathroom with under floor heating, a deep bath and a separate walk in powerful shower.

The walled garden is private and peaceful with a table for al fresco dining and there is a cool barrel vault under the house that is perfect to retire to out of the heat of the garden in summer.
