Chalet Daim is a luxury self-catering chalet. It is one of the chalets in the 4 Vallees Chalets Company portfolio. It is a traditionally built chalet with a contemporary feel. The chalet includes 5 bedrooms, all furnished with large comfortable beds including 3 doubles and 2 twins, comfortably sleeping 10. Each room has plenty of storage and space with wardrobes and chest of draws. All of the beds are provided with high quality fresh linen and towels.
Within this luxury chalet there are 3 large family bathrooms equipped with power showers and a huge luxury corner bath in the master bedroom.
Chalet Daim has a large spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge - great for groups and families wanting space to socialise. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could need for your self catering stay. The dining area has a large wooden table with enough space for 12 people. The lounge has large comfortable sofas with stunning views over the snow capped mountains and the Sion Valley beneath. The large picture windows which lead out onto the very spacious balcony mean that the position is perfect for those sunny crisp days with the most beautiful scenery.
The double garage which accompanies this chalet has ample space for 2 cars, ski/board/toboggan storage and there is further room on the chalet drive to park an extra vehicle. This makes it perfect for large groups travelling with a number of cars and prefer them to be kept secure overnight.
There is a large flat screen TV, with access to cable TV (including many English Channels), and a music system into which you can plug your own ipod.
Chalet Daim has the added feature of a separate childs room with space to spread out toys and a separate TV and DVD player for them to play thier own DVDs.
The chalet has access to a wireless broadband connection which means working from the chalet and accessing emails is made easy. (Laptop not provided)
Chalet Daim has the added benefit of a boot warmer/dryer for 10 pairs of boots, so there won't be the worry of having to put on cold wet boots in the mornings! There is also a drying room with plenty of space for hanging ski gear and a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Chalet Coucou one of our other properties is located next door to Chalet Daim. With both properties sleeping 10 guests they have proved very popular as a pair with large groups of 20 people. Wishing to holiday together.
Chalet Daim is also very popular during the summer months for short breaks in the mountains. With 950km of footpaths , mountaineering, cycling, golf amongst just a few of the activites on offer.
